The rich and fragrant Taiwanese beef noodle soup is the flavourite dish of most of foodie. city'super has brought some of the most beloved Taiwanese beef noodle packs to Hong Kong, so you can easily enjoy this amazing dish at home!
A winner of the 2019 Taipei City Public Market’s Highest Honour Gold Award, and was shortlisted in the 2019 Taipei International Meat Noodle Festival, it is made with strictly selected beef and tendon, while the broth is cooked with beef bones, beef and secret spices for 18 hours.
The soup base and sauce are made with over 40 ingredients, including 12 precious Chinese herbs, and simmered for over 10 hours. The dish is crafted with tender US beef tendon, beef shank and beef with fresh vegetables and precious herbs, which are stewed until the meat becomes tender and collagenous.
The broth has been slow cooked with beef bones and beef on low heat, and added with secret spices for a unique aroma. It is matched with tasty and soft marinated beef tendon that has soaked up all the soup’s flavour. A truly wonderful dish.
The tomato broth is made with special beef tomato and high-quality beef shank, its rich aroma filling the mouth; the broth is paired with carefully cooked beef shank – you won’t be able to stop at just one bite.
Strictly selected premium Dahongpao, green peppercorns, and a variety of chillies and herbs are used to make this mala spicy sauce, which is combined with rich beef bone broth and top-grade beef shank and beef ribs for a very addictive dish.

Setting itself apart from your usual saqima, this one is made without leavening agent to bring back the snack’s original crispy texture. Using the 20-hour low-temperature fermentation method, this saqima is a pure, natural handmade goodness with lots of depth in its texture.
Using the “Tainan Feilong Original Sugar” with a light sugarcane and caramel aroma, the brown sugar saqima is completely handmade using traditional methods, and a long, low-temperature fermentation gives it a crispy texture.
