As we still cannot travel to Japan in person, city’super has rounded up six types of popular strawberries from across Japan so you can enjoy them at home.   • 日本大分縣Berryz士多啤梨

    • Berryz是大分縣的新草莓， 以其鮮豔的紅色外皮和高甜度為特色。

    冷知識：Berryz的名字源自英文「草莓」和「甜」，意為像是甜點一樣的水果。

  • 日本佐賀縣雪兔白士多啤梨

    • 雪兔屬於白色士多啤梨，平均重量約為35克，聞起來像香桃，酸味較淡，特別香甜。

  • 日本山下農園甜王士多啤梨

    • Exclusive to city’super. These strawberries come from Yamashita Farm in Fukuoka prefecture, and are cultivated with the latest temperature control system and mineral-rich natural groundwater, while avoiding using pesticides wherever possible.

    冷知識：白色士多啤梨為改良過的品種，改良過程中去除了其果皮的花青素，因此果實成熟後仍保持白色。

  • 日本淡雪士多啤梨

    • 呈漂亮的淡櫻花色，入口香甜幼滑，幾乎沒有酸味，散發濃郁的士多啤梨香味。

    冷知識：淡粉紅色的士多啤梨，也屬於白色士多啤梨家族的一員。

    • 這款草莓是由佐賀縣、農協和果農經過7年研究而成的品種。不但大粒、外型漂亮，且色澤紅潤多汁，酸度與甜度恰到好處。
