Ingredients : Serving Size 6

Cake

  • Mini Chocolate Cakes: 6 pcs

  • White and Matcha Frosting

  • ROYCE’ Chocolate Bar - White: 2
  • Whipping cream: 90 g
  • Matcha Powder: 5 g

  • Topping

  • ROYCE’ Pure Chocolate – Creamy Milk & White: Few
  • ROYCE’ Christmas cookies: Few
  • Candy Sprinkles

  • Steps

    White & Matcha Chocolate Frosting

    1. Break ROYCE’ Chocolate White Bar into small pieces and place into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until the chocolate is smooth and thoroughly melted. Let cool, add whipping cream and stir until smooth.

    2. Divide (1) into 2 equal portions. In 1 portion, add matcha powder and mix well until no lumps.

    3. Chill both (1) and (2) for 1 hour.

    Assembly & Topping:

    1. Transfer white and matcha chocolate frosting into two separate piping bags.

    2. On top of each mini cake, pipe frosting of choice, add ROYCE’ Pure Chocolate, Christmas cookies and sprinkles as deco according to your preference.

    3. Allow to set and enjoy.
