Easy Decadent Truffles

Ingredients : Serving Size 20-25

  • ROYCE’ Pure Chocolate - Venezuela Bitter: 3 cups
  • Cream cheese: 150g
  • Powdered sugar: 175g
  • Vanilla oil: 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Flavours / decorations (personal preference): nuts, cocoa powder, shredded coconut
  • Liqueur (personal preference): almond, coffee, orange

  • Preparation

  • Place the chocolate in a container and let it sit over a pan of barely simmering water to melt it down.
  • Soften the cream cheese
  • Sift the powdered sugar

  • Steps

    1. In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth, and mix in powdered sugar until combined. Add chocolate and vanilla oil until mixed.

    2. Freeze the mixture for about 1 hour, shape into balls, using about 2.5cm of mixture for each one.

    3. Add the flavours and decorations to the balls.

    4. Skip the vanilla oil if liqueur is used; mix one tablespoon of liqueur into the mixture until combined.
