Mango & Dark Chocolate Popsicles

Magno Popsicles

  • Medium mango: 3
  • Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt: 100g
  •  

    Coating and Toppings

  • ROYCE’ Chocolate Bar - Black: 1 bar
  • ROYCE’ Nama Chocolate - Orange & Mango: a few pieces
  • ROYCE’ Matcha Almond Chocolate: a few pieces
  • Shredded coconut
  • Dried fruits, e.g. candied orange bits, freeze-dried raspberries

  • Steps

    Magno Popsicles

    1. Dice mango, add to a blender with yogurt. Blend until smooth.

    2. Pour mango mixture into popsicle molds and place popsicle sticks in the centre of each. Freeze for 6-8 hours or until completely frozen.

     

    Coating and Toppings

    3. Break the dark chocolate and add into a microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until the chocolate melts. Let it cool.

    4. Decorate one mango popsicle at a time to avoid melting. Dip or drizzle mango popsicle with melted dark chocolate, top with ROYCE’ Nama Chocolate, ROYCE’ Matcha Almond Chocolate, shredded coconut and dried fruits.

    5. Freeze until serving.
