Terms and conditions

  1. This voucher can only be used at the selected city’super store in Hong Kong during the redemption period indicated on this voucher.
  2. This voucher can only be used to redeem indicated types of strawberry, as specified on the voucher, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. The contents of the products are subject to supply and harvest conditions. If any item is out of stock, we will replace it with a product of equal or higher value.
  4. City Super Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage or misuse of any issued voucher. The voucher holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.
  5. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, Member loyalty points, Member Reward eCoupon, or other promotional offers or coupons.
  6. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.

  5. This offer can be used once only per transaction.
  6. The membership record card or barcode must be presented to staff before payment to record the super e loyalty points or accumulated spending of the purchases made under this offer.
