Shopping Privileges and Offers 1

  1. The Offer is only applicable at city'super Harbour City, Times Square, ifc mall, New Town Plaza and city'super neighbourhood THE SOUTHSIDE stores from 9 (Wed) Oct - 31 (Thur) Oct 2024.
  2. During the promotion period, by presenting an eligible same-day receipt for single net purchases of HK$300 or more at designated physical stores, including at least two promotional items from “Flavorsome Journeys in Macau 2024”, customers can redeem a MinM Plaza x MGM MOP100 gift voucher and a HK$50 city'super shopping voucher at a gift redemption location.
    Gift redemption locations: MGM counters in Harbour City, Times Square, ifc mall and New Town Plaza stores; Customer Service Centre in city'super neighbourhood THE SOUTHSIDE store.
  3. The quantity of gifts is 1,000. A limited quantity of each gift is available daily at each physical store. Gifts are available in limited quantities only on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  4. Each original eligible receipt is valid on the date of issue only.
  5. Each eligible receipt entitles each customer to one gift only. Each eligible receipt can be used once only, and only one receipt can be used per transaction.
  6. Customers are required to present an eligible original same-day receipt to redeem a gift at the gift redemption location. No retrospective arrangement will be made. The receipt will be stamped for administrative purposes.
  7. All gifts must be redeemed on the day of purchase at the designated gift redemption location. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  8. Sales transactions and gift redemption must fall within this period.
  9. The Offer is not applicable to purchases of city'super gift/shopping vouchers, purchase or top-up of city'super Gift Cards, paper shopping bags, ice-gel packs, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top-ups, recharging or value-add service, or at any self-checkout counter.
  10. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or coupons. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  11. Duplicate, photocopied, damaged or handwritten receipts or the splitting of receipts will not be accepted.
  12. The offer is non-refundable and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash/shopping vouchers/other vouchers/merchandise or exchanged. Photos are for reference only.
  13. All gifts should be returned if a transaction is cancelled or a refund is required.

  15. city'super reserves the right to replace the original gifts with others, without prior notice.
  16. city'super is not liable for any loss suffered during use of the gifts or any disputes between the users and suppliers.

  2. During the promotion period, present your valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card at the cashier to enjoy 10% off regular-priced items at a designated physical store. This offer is not applicable to 15 (Tue) Oct - 19 (Sat) Oct 2024 and selected items.
  3. The Offer is not applicable to purchases of discounted items, selected products or counters, baby formula or city'super gift/shopping vouchers, purchase or top-up of city'super Gift Cards, paper shopping bags, ice-gel packs, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top-ups, recharging or value-add service, or at any self-checkout counter.
  4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold card year-round discounts, member reward eCoupons, other promotional offers or coupons. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  5. Products are available while stocks last.
  6. The offer is non-refundable and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash/shopping vouchers/other vouchers/merchandise or exchanged. Photos are for reference only.
  7. A valid original Macao SAR Resident Identity Card must be presented to the cashier before payment to enjoy the offer. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  8. Photocopied, damaged or defaced Macao SAR Resident Identity Cards will not be accepted.
  9. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offers without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.

  1. The Offer is only applicable at city'super Harbour City, Times Square, ifc mall, New Town Plaza & city'super neighbourhood THE SOUTHSIDE stores, designated Saturday and Sunday from 9 (Wed) Oct - 31 (Thur) Oct 2024 at designated time period.
  2. During the promotion period, by presenting an eligible same-day receipt upon purchase of promotional item from “Flavorsome Journeys in Macau 2024” at a designated physical store, customers can redeem a free Portuguese Egg Tart at the “Flavorsome Journeys in Macau 2024” promotional area at designated time period.

  2. During the promotion period, complete the following steps, present your smartphone and show the required steps have been followed to our staff at a gift redemption location at designated physical stores to receive an MGM Leo Plush:

    c. Share a city’super “Flavorsome Journeys in Macau 2024” wall or stories post on your Facebook or Instagram

  3. Customers must show staff that they have completed all the required steps on their smartphone screen to enjoy the offer. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  4. Each customer can only enjoy the offer once.
  5. A limited quantity of each gift is available daily at each physical store. Gifts are available in limited quantities only on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  6. The quantity of gifts is 200. Gifts will be allocated on a random basis and selection of style is not permitted.
  7. Visuals of related promotional materials are for reference only. The actual gifts shall prevail.
  8. Gifts is non-refundable and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash/shopping vouchers/other vouchers/merchandise or exchanged.
