City Super Group has been informed that customers are receiving messages purportedly from Citysuper E-shop via WhatsApp and Telegram groups and other messaging platforms, which disseminate false recruitment information and invite individuals to join these groups for job opportunities and benefits.

We hereby declare that these are not official messages from City Super Group, nor ones that we have authorised. We would like to remind members of the public that we do not conduct recruitment activities via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms without prior communication, nor do we invite people to join groups in order to participate in our activities.

The official City Super Group WhatsApp Official Accounts are the ones with blue tick verification✅, city’super – (852) 9522 2602 and LOG-ON – (852) 6039 9202. We urge members of the public to remain vigilant and not to trust any suspicious recruitment messages or provide personal information to questionable individuals.
