How to Use
- Scrub the mussels thoroughly with water and remove the byssal threads. Set aside.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add half the butter, then sauté garlic and onion for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the cooking wine and simmer for 3–5 minutes to reduce the alcohol.
- Add the mussels, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until all shells open.
- Transfer the mussels to a serving dish, reserving the broth.
- Stir cooking cream and salt into the broth.
- Bring to a boil, then toss in pre-cooked pasta and mix well. Plate and serve immediately.
- Coat every strand for maximum flavour!
Storage:
Keep refrigerated upon arrival. Use by 2 days for best quality.
