A rich and savoury yakitori sauce made with a base of soy sauce and zarame sugar, enhanced with miso for depth of flavour and a glossy, aromatic finish.

One bottle is enough for approximately 800g of meat.

You can also enjoy it by marinating the meat in the sauce and pan-frying or grilling it.
