Japanese long onion (negi): ½ stalk (approx. 30g)
Preparation:
1. Cut tofu into 1.5 cm cubes.
2. Roughly chop the long onion.
Instructions:
1. Place the seasoning sauce and tofu in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
2. Add the chopped onion, simmer while gently stirring, and serve hot.
