How to Use
Ingredients (for 2–3 servings):
Tofu: 1 block (350–450g)
Japanese long onion (negi): ½ medium stalk (about 30g)
Preparation:
1. Cut tofu into 1.5 cm cubes.
2. Roughly chop the long onion.
Instructions:
1. In a frying pan, add the seasoning sauce and tofu. Bring to a boil.
2. Add the chopped onion, simmer lightly while gently stirring, and it's ready to serve.
Store in cool dry place
