This product contains minced meat, so all you need to prepare is tofu—making it easy to cook the classic Chinese dish, Mapo Tofu.
The thickening powder is made from carefully selected high-quality potatoes and refined starch, delivering a smooth and silky texture. It’s an original blend by Marumiya, with added ginger and garlic.
One package serves three people and contains two servings.
You can enjoy the spiciness of doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste) combined with the rich flavors and aroma of ginger and garlic. This is a long-loved seasoning mix developed by Marumiya to enhance the flavor of tofu.

How to cook:

1. Prepare the thickening mixture.
2. In a frying pan, combine one serving of the Mapo Tofu sauce, 180 mL of water (just under 1 cup), and tofu. Heat and stir gently until it begins to boil.
3. Turn off the heat. Stir the thickening mixture well and add it slowly while mixing evenly.
4. Turn the heat back on, and simmer over medium heat while stirring until it thickens. Done!

Store in cool dry place
