This non-oil dressing is made with rice koji fermented slowly at low temperature using 100% Hokuriku-grown Koshihikari rice. The natural sweetness and depth from the koji are complemented by the bright, refreshing aroma of yuzu. Light yet full of character, it pairs well with salads, chilled dishes, and simple vegetable or seafood preparations.
