PASTIFICIO DEL COLLE is based in sunny Puglia, and has been making pasta for 100 years, well-known for its beautiful coloured pasta shapes, which are all made using natural dyes, such as spinach for green, beetroot for purple. This colourful handmade pasta is made of highest quality durum wheat semolina, working the dough manually.
