This dressing is made with plenty of organic sesame and rare organic yuzu grown in the mountain valleys of Tosa under abundant sunshine. It is blended with “Kome-no-Su,” a pure rice vinegar produced from Akita-grown organic Akita Komachi rice certified under the JAS organic standard.
The result is a mild, wholesome, and flavourful sesame–yuzu dressing that pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes.
