Terms and Conditions

1. Please place your orders at least 72 hours before delivery date. The daily cut-off time for orders is 12:00pm. For example:
   Case 1: If an order is placed at 12pm on 9 Dec, the earliest delivery date would be 12 Dec.
   Case 2: If an order is placed at 12:01pm on 9 Dec, the earliest delivery date would be 13 Dec.
2. This promotion is only available on Winter Solstice Poon Choi
3. Members must log in the E-Shop webpage (https://online.citysuper.com.hk/) to enjoy the offer. Loyalty points and spending will be accumulated correspondingly. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
4. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons. Member reward eCoupons, promotional discounts, shopping vouchers, and other offers and other offers cannot be used for purchasing Poon Choi products.
5. Store pick up service is not available.
6. To maintain food quality, please enjoy the food within 2 hours of delivery.
7. Delivery service for Poon Choi is valid until 21 (Sun) Dec 2025.
8. Payment can be made online by Visa/ Master/ AE/ Paypal/WeChat Pay/AlipayHK/Alipay/PayMe. Full payment must be settled at the time of ordering.
9. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed once confirmed.
10. In case of Black Rainstorm Warning/Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service may be delayed or cancelled on the same day or next day: customers will be contacted to make further arrangements.
11. Items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
12. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
