Shopping Delights

1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift-wrapping charges are not regarded as relevant transactions. Please refer to in-store price tags and promotional materials for more details.

2. As for super e-gold members, exclusive members’ privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 8 – 12 April 2025, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 8 April 2025 to 23:59 on 12 April 2025. As for super e members, those privileges are applicable to all physical stores during business hours from 9 – 12 April 2025, and applicable to E-Shops from 10:00 on 9 April 2025 to 23:59 on 12 April 2025.

3. The exclusive members’ privileges of Spring Fest cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items, specified items/counters, and other promotional offers or coupons. Expired offers will not be accepted, and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

Bonus Loyalty Points

1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON and E-Shop from 8 – 12 April 2025. Nintendo and PlayStation® products are excluded.

2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON and E-Shop from 9 – 12 April 2025. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation® products are excluded.

3. super e members must present a valid membership card at physical stores or log in to their membership account at E-Shops before payment in order to accumulate loyalty points and update their spending records.

4. Loyalty points and spending records will be updated within 36 hours of the purchase. Any claim of loyalty points after the transaction will not be entertained.

5. If any cancellation of transaction or arrangement of refund has been made, loyalty points earned for that transaction will be deducted automatically, including extra loyalty points earned from designated promotional offers.

6. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, plastic shopping bag charges and gift-wrapping charges are not eligible for loyalty points or accumulated spending.

7. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Event activity without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.

Extra Reward

1. This offer is applicable to members' purchase upon every single net purchase of HK$2,000 or more at all city'super and LOG-ON physical stores, restaurants and counters during 8 - 12 April 2025. A HK$200 Reward eCoupon will be added to eligible membership account on 30 April 2025 and could be used upon a single net spending of HK$700 during 1 – 31 May 2025 at all city'super and LOG-ON physical stores. There is no maximum limit on the number of eCoupons that each member could receive. The eCoupon is not applicable to E-Shops and all self-checkout counters.

2. The offer is not applicable to the purchase of the discounted products, pre-order products, baby formula, cigarettes, Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, food and beverage items at the AMAZING FOOD HALL at city’super Times Square store, sweets house Cha Cha Gift Vouchers, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city'super Gift Cards, shopping bag charges, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons.

3. The eCoupons are not applicable to fixed price and specified items or counters; and cannot be used for the purchase of baby formula, cigarettes, Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city'super Gift Cards.

4. The eCoupons are not applicable to charges on shopping bags, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons.

5. There is no limit to the number of awarded eCoupons that can be used per transaction during 1 – 31 May 2025, provided each transaction meets the requirement of a minimum net spending of HK$700 per eCoupon.

city'super in-store Shopping Privileges

1. Promotion is only applicable to designated counters at city’super stores from 8 (Tue) - 12 (Sat) April 2025.

2. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items, specified items/counters, super e-gold card year-round discounts, or other promotional offers or coupons. Expired offers will not be accepted, and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

3. Products are available while stocks last.

4. Some city’super products and member shopping discounts are applicable to designated stores and counters. For details, please check out the related webpage or inquire with the store staff.

5. 15% off case discount offer is applicable to any purchase of 12 bottles or above on all Wine, Sake, Shochu and Japanese Liqueur (any size), but not applicable to special-priced items, consignment items, Western and Chinese Spirits, selected Sake and Wine of retail price over HK$800 or above and accessories.

Spring Fest Member Shopping Day

1. super e-gold members can enjoy Spring Fest exclusive members’ privileges from 8 - 12 April 2025; while super e members can enjoy the offers from 9 – 12 April 2025. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

2. To enjoy the exclusive members’ privileges, customers shall present a valid super e membership card during Spring Fest. Membership cannot be transferred.

3. The Spring Fest shopping offers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged to other products. Photos are for reference only.

4. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points, accumulated spending and Reward eCoupons from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and Reward eCoupons earned from specific promotions (including but not limited to Double/Triple Loyalty Points offers).

The eCoupon cannot be redeemed as cash or other vouchers. The total value of an eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited. The eCoupon is non-transferable and must be used together with a valid physical or electronic membership card for verification.
