Chikuwa is a traditional Japanese fish paste product shaped into a hollow cylindrical tube. It may be enjoyed as a ready-to-eat product or heated to enhance its aroma and texture. This particular variety is a signature product made with carefully selected white fish paste, seasoned with sun-dried bay salt and salt produced by roasting seaweed, creating a mellow and well-rounded flavour.
