Storage & Shelf Life:
Local Taro Sago Pudding: For the best texture, enjoy heated on the day of pick up. Steam for 5 minutes or bake at 180°C for 15 minutes (add water to the baking tray). For longer shelf life, store frozen at -18°C for up to one month. If reheating from frozen, extend heating time to 30 minutes.
