Marinated Salty Chicken – Expertly Crafted for Tenderness

Fresh Longgang chicken (not frozen), raised for 140 days, is used, at a cost 3-4 times higher than frozen chicken to ensure top-quality meat. This dish is inspired by the famous Fragrant Chicken from the now-closed "Yuet Heung Restaurant" and exclusively improved using a slow-cooking method. The result is crispy skin and thick, exceptionally tender meat. A special marinade adds a gentle salty flavour, complemented by homemade ginger sauce, creating a rich and unforgettable taste experience!

 

Heating Instructions:

1. Recommended Method: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before use. Before serving, bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, and submerge the entire sealed package in hot water for 30 minutes (ensure the hot water fully covers the chicken).

2. From Frozen: Place the vacuum-sealed package (do not open) directly into boiling water, uncovered, and heat for 30 minutes.
