Product Features

How to Use

  • Ingredients (Serves 4): This product 1 pc, Meat (chicken or pork) 200g, Onion 200g, Potato 150g, Carrot 100g, Water 500ml, Milk 200ml

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the meat, onion, potato, and carrot (all cut into bite-sized pieces), being careful not to burn them.
  2. Add water. Skim off any scum and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the roux, and simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally, add milk and heat through before serving.

Keep refrigerated after opening
