This product features high-quality Mitsuishi kombu harvested in Hokkaido. With its rich flavour, it is widely used as a household kombu for stock. As it cooks quickly, it is particularly suitable for oden, simmered dishes, kombu rolls, and tsukudani.
How to use: Before use, wipe the surface of the kombu with a well-wrung cloth or rinse it lightly with water. To make stock, place the kombu in cold water and heat. Remove it about 5 minutes after the water comes to a boil. For eating, soak the kombu in water until softened, then cut into the desired size before use.
