Origin: Ōita Prefecture

 

These log-cultivated dried shiitake mushrooms come from Ōita, the leading production area of dried shiitake in Japan. Packed in a wooden box with uniform sizes, they are also ideal as a gift.

 

To prepare, soak in water in the refrigerator for about one day until the stems become tender before use.
