This product is root kombu, trimmed within 30 cm from the base to make it easier to use.
How to prepare stock: As it is naturally dried, rinse the kombu thoroughly with water before use. Place 4 g of kombu per 1 L of water in a pot and soak for about 30 minutes. Then heat, and once the water comes to a boil, remove the kombu.
Store in cool dry place
