Product Features

• Located in Saga Prefecture, Ide Farm specialises in pesticide-free strawberry cultivation. They don’t use chemical pesticides or fertilisers, and instead rely only on registered organic materials for manual pest control. Soil cultivation plays a crucial role in a pesticide-free environment, so the farm takes extra preventive measures such as the use of beneficial insects and fermentation products to combat diseases and pests.

Terms and Conditions

1. Should the merchandise be found detective, exchange of merchandise will be arranged. The exchange procedure will take about 1-2 weeks.
2. Fruit harvest is subjected to weather factor, if harvest is not as expected, we will contact you for arrangement
3. Keep refrigerated
4. If you need to return a product due to visible external reasons such as bruises, mold, or rot, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Any external damages reported beyond this time frame will not be accepted and will be deemed as mishandling on the customer's part.
