Slow cooking allows the turkey to cook evenly and retain its moisture, resulting in tender and juicy meat. Under special marinate, the turkey is slow cooked for around 10 hours (Sous vide cooking time depends on the size of the turkey) under around 61°C to achieve its best taste. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend consuming or broiling the turkey within 2 hours of receiving the delivery. The best method of consumption is to broil the turkey in a preheated 180°C oven for 30 minutes before indulging in its delectable flavours.
