1. Notification of delivery arrangements will be sent by city’super 3 days before delivery.
2. Should the merchandise be found detective, exchange of merchandise will be arranged. The exchange procedure will take about 1-2 weeks.
3. Fruit harvest is subjected to weather factor, if harvest is not as expected, we will contact you for arrangement
4. If you need to return a product due to visible external reasons such as bruises, mold, or rot, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
5. Any external damages reported beyond this time frame will not be accepted and will be deemed as mishandling on the customer's part.
