This instant powdered base allows you to create authentic, rich Japanese curry udon simply by simmering it with noodles. It features a perfect balance of mild spiciness, traditional Japanese dashi, and the savory umami of beef. This versatile seasoning is also excellent for making curry-based hot pots or flavorful curry fried rice.
Preparation:
1. Bring 300ml of water to a boil in a pot. Add pre-cooked udon noodles and loosen them, then turn off the heat.
2. Add one packet of this product and stir well until completely dissolved.
3. Turn the heat back on and simmer for 2 minutes to finish.
(If adding other ingredients, sauté them in the pot with a little oil before adding water.)
Store in cool dry place
