  • Flavour: Seaweed soy sauce base.
  • Features: Dashi soup made with seaweed from Ise Bay and naturally brewed soy sauce, also rich in bonito and kelp flavours. Can also be used as a noodle soup.
  • Recommended ingredients: Chicken, carrots, spring onions, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, deep-fried tofu and tofu
  • Recommended finishing dish: Udon noodles
