Origin: Kumamoto Prefecture

 

A blend of ten vegetables from Kyushu’s Kumamoto Prefecture: onion, cabbage, carrot, pumpkin, potato, daikon radish, burdock, komatsuna, celery, and paprika. For safety and taste, it is made with no added salt, additives, or glucose, and even the soaking liquid can be used. This product makes it easy to add ten kinds of vegetables to your meals, and it is also convenient for lunch boxes in insulated containers.

 

Recommended uses include colourful vegetable soup made with the soaking liquid, as well as ingredients for pasta, stew, or rehydrated and added to omelettes.
