- This is a flake-type curry roux made with 15 carefully selected spices and chickpea flour instead of wheat flour, using only plant-based ingredients. How to Use
Ingredients (Serves 5): This product 1 pc, Meat or plant-based protein 150g, Onion 250g, Carrot 150g, Potato 200g, Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon, Water 550ml
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces) thoroughly.
- Add water. Once it comes to a boil, skim off any scum and simmer over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes until the ingredients become tender.
- Turn off the heat and add this product. Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Simmer again over low heat until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
