How to Use
Ingredients (Serves 5): This product 1 pc, Meat (chicken, pork, etc.) 150g, Onion 250g, Carrot 150g, Potato 200g, Vegetable oil 1 tbsp, Water 550ml
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add the vegetables, cut into bite-sized pieces, and sauté thoroughly.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Remove any scum that forms on the surface, then simmer over medium heat for 5 to 20 minutes, until the ingredients become tender.
- Turn off the heat. Add the curry roux and stir well until it is completely dissolved.
- Simmer gently over low heat once more until the curry reaches your desired consistency.
Keep refrigerated after opening
