This product is made from young kombu leaves harvested before full growth and cut into convenient pieces. Soft in texture, it can be used in a similar way to cut wakame. How to use: Rehydrate in plenty of water for about 10–15 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with water, drain well, and use as desired.
