Feature: A premium, additive-free soba made with fragrant domestically grown buckwheat and wheat flour. The noodles are thinly cut and slowly air-dried at a low temperature to preserve the natural aroma and smooth texture of soba. The fine noodles have a delicate yet firm bite and pair beautifully with dipping sauce.
Cooking tip: Boil one pack of noodles in more than 2L of boiling water, gently loosen with chopsticks, and cook for about 2.5 minutes. Drain immediately and rinse thoroughly in cold or ice water. Serve chilled with dipping sauce as zaru soba (cold soba noodles with dipping sauce), or in a warm broth as kake soba (hot soba noodle soup).
