Made from carefully selected, high-quality hard rice cultivated with great care in Japan’s pure water and fertile soil, KENMIN Rice 100% Vermicelli brings out the rich aroma and firm texture of pure rice noodles. Produced entirely from rice, these noodles are naturally gluten-free and suitable for those with wheat or buckwheat allergies.
 
This non-fried vermicelli contains no salt or food additives, allowing the natural taste of rice to shine through. Because it is unseasoned, it can be enjoyed in a wide variety of dishes—stir-fried, in soups, salads, or even hot pots.
 
Basic Cooking Method:
1. Bring plenty of water to a boil, add the vermicelli, and loosen gently with chopsticks.
-For stir-fried or soup dishes: boil for about 4 minutes.
-For salads or cold dishes: boil for 6–7 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse well in cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture. Toss lightly with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking and make it easier to handle.
