Cooking tip:
Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot, add the noodles, and cook for about 7–8 minutes. When the noodles reach your preferred firmness, drain and rinse well in cold water. Serve chilled with dipping sauce as zaru soba (cold soba noodles with dipping sauce), or in a warm broth as kake soba (hot soba noodle soup).
