Cooking tip:
Bring plenty of water to a full boil before adding the noodles. Once the noodles rise to the surface, reduce the heat to prevent boiling over and cook for about 2 minutes.
Drain immediately, rinse well with cold water, and serve thoroughly chilled for best flavour.
