Feature: Made with carefully selected buckwheat and wheat from Hokkaido, this soba is slowly air-dried at low temperature under natural conditions to preserve its authentic aroma and flavour. Since no salt is added, it is ideal for those who prefer a light, natural taste—and perfect for enjoying soba-yu, the nourishing hot water in which the noodles were boiled.

Cooking tip: Bring at least 2 L of water to a boil, then add the noodles gradually to prevent sticking. Cook for 6–7 minutes while maintaining a gentle boil. Drain, rinse thoroughly in cold water, and serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy chilled with dipping sauce as zaru soba (cold soba noodles with dipping sauce), or serve warm as kake soba (hot soba noodle soup).
