They operate their own hatchery and chicken abattoir approved by food standards agency, both certified to organic standards by the Soil Association. An usual organic chicken requires to live 72 days to be certified “Organic”, but their organic parent flock lays organic eggs, which are incubated in our their hatchery to produce organic chicks. Therefore their spring chicken are certified organic when it was born. Their spring chicken experience an organic lifestyle, resulting in thriving, healthy, nurtured birds that are full of flavor, high in nutrients giving the meat a delicate flavor which is tender and succulent in texture. If the product is out of stock, city’super French Free Range Yellow Spring will be provided as a substitution.
