1. This voucher is only valid upon presentation of the original copy. It cannot be exchanged for other products or redeemed for cash.

2. This voucher is only applicable for collection at designated Patisserie La Lune redemption store. If the items are not collected within the specified redemption period, they will be considered forfeited. No exchanges or refunds will be provided.

3. For redemptions of 20 boxes or more of the same product, please make a reservation at least two days in advance to facilitate arrangements.

4. Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have left the premises.

5. Collection services will be suspended/delayed if the company deems conditions unsafe due to Typhoon Signals, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings.
