Instructions (Serves 3–4)

Chicken wings or mid-joint wings 400–600g
Plain flour 3 tbsp (approx. 27g)

Instructions
1. Lightly season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then coat them with a thin layer of flour.
2. Deep-fry the wings in oil at 180°C until golden brown (about 8–10 minutes).
3. Drain excess oil, place the wings in a bowl, and toss with the sauce until well coated.
Optional: Sprinkle with pepper or toasted sesame seeds for extra flavour.
Store in cool dry place; shake before opening
