How to Use
- Ingredients (Serves 9): This product 1 pc, Meat 500g, Onion 400g, Salad oil 2 tablespoons, Water 1300ml
- Optional: Add potatoes, carrots, or other vegetables to your liking.
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
- Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients become tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
- Turn off the heat, break the curry roux into pieces and stir until dissolved, then add the included spice sachet (garam masala).
- Simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
Keep refrigerated after opening
