How to Use
Ingredients (Serves 8): This product 1 pc, Meat 300g, Onion 400g, Potato 300g, Carrot 200g, Salad oil 2 tablespoons, Water 1000ml
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
- Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients become tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
- Turn off the heat, break the curry roux into pieces, and stir until completely dissolved.
- Simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
