How to Use

Ingredients (Serves 6): This product 1 pc, Meat 250g, Onion 400g, Potato 230g, Carrot 100g, Salad oil 1 tablespoon, Water 850ml

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
  2. Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients become tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
  3. Turn off the heat, break the curry roux into pieces, and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
