• Grape: 100% Chardonnay
• Region: Adelaide Hills
• Grapes are hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, and fermented in French Oak puncheons (50% new). Matured on lees and natural malolactic fermentation (50%).
• Nose of apples, yellow peach and pear blossoms with hints of toasted hazelnuts.
• Nectarine and white peaches with fresh lemon curd & hints of brioche, on a tightly textured palate.
