Goya Chanpulu, a popular stir fry dish that came from the sunny island of Okinawa in southern Japan, which you can easily make it at home now! Simply prepare the Okinawa bitter melon, tofu and eggs, then stir fry together with this sauce! It can also be used to make fried rice, tamagoyaki, fried vegetables and other dishes!

This seasoning makes it easy to prepare Goya Champuru. Contains 5 sachets for single servings.

How to use
Ingredients (Serves 1):
Goya (bitter melon): 1/2 piece
Firm tofu: 1/4 block
Pork (or canned pork): approx. 50g
Salad oil: a small amount
Egg: 1
This product: 1 sachet (15g)

Instructions
1. Drain the tofu thoroughly. Cut the pork and goya into bite-sized pieces. If you dislike the bitterness of goya, slice it thinly.
2. Tear the tofu into chunks and pan-fry it.
3. Once browned, remove the tofu from the pan.
4. Stir-fry the pork and goya. Once the pork is slightly browned, return the tofu and stir briefly to reheat.
5. Add 1 sachet of this product. Finally, pour in the beaten egg. Once cooked through, it’s ready
