This seasoning makes it easy to prepare Goya Champuru. Contains 5 sachets for single servings.
How to use
Ingredients (Serves 1):
Goya (bitter melon): 1/2 piece
Firm tofu: 1/4 block
Pork (or canned pork): approx. 50g
Salad oil: a small amount
Egg: 1
This product: 1 sachet (15g)
Instructions
1. Drain the tofu thoroughly. Cut the pork and goya into bite-sized pieces. If you dislike the bitterness of goya, slice it thinly.
2. Tear the tofu into chunks and pan-fry it.
3. Once browned, remove the tofu from the pan.
4. Stir-fry the pork and goya. Once the pork is slightly browned, return the tofu and stir briefly to reheat.
5. Add 1 sachet of this product. Finally, pour in the beaten egg. Once cooked through, it’s ready
Store in cool dry place
