It is 100% natural creamy yogurt, without using thickeners, it is obtained simply by concentrating the milk by evaporation under vacuum. Also, the yogurt ferments for many hours at different temperatures to create the perfect balance between aroma and acidity. Perfect to enjoy on its own, and it goes well with fruits, honey and cereals too!
