Established in 1890, COROKU was originally just a shop located in Sapporo, but for more than 120 years it has been providing local Japanese specialties to the public. Just like this Shrimp and Miso Soup Ramen, only available in Hokkaido. It is made from Hokkaido wheat and has a rich soup base, served with chewy and bouncy noodles, simply boil for about 4-5 minutes, then you can enjoy!
