Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
Green peppers: 8 pcs (approx. 240g)
Bamboo shoots (boiled): 100g
Pork slices (loin or thigh): 150g
Slightly thicker slices recommended.
Vegetable oil: 4 tbsp (approx. 48g)
Water: 1 tbsp (15mL)
This product: 1 packet Qīngjiāo Ròusī sauce
1 packet marinade powder
Instructions
1. Slice green peppers and bamboo shoots into thin strips. Slice pork into thin strips and mix well with 1 tbsp water, 1 packet of marinade powder, and 1 tbsp oil.
2. Place green peppers and bamboo shoots in a plastic bag with 1 tbsp oil, mix thoroughly, and spread them on a large microwave-safe plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave.
Microwave guideline: 500W for 3 min 30 sec.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and stir-fry pork until loosened and lightly browned.
4. Add the pre-cooked vegetables and Qīngjiāo Ròusī sauce, and stir-fry over high heat until well mixed.
Store in cool dry place
